ControlByWeb is looking for an experienced sales representative or business development professional to fill our Senior Sales Representative role. This position is critical to our growth. Expertise in the IIoT or industrial control industries is not required, but highly valued. The Senior Sales Representative will focus on developing leads into long- lasting customer relationships. This is a consultative sales position that will aid prospective customers in understanding optimal solutions and how our company and products fit into that solution. They will report to the Sales Manager, working with the manager to understand the sales vision and company goals. The Senior Sales Representative will provide feedback to the marketing team about the quality of leads and the solutions that our prospective customers need. This role will involve responding to inbound leads, cold contacting businesses, and developing relationships with key contacts. They will need to be comfortable initiating conversation with strangers. Working closely with our marketing team to improve leads and contact lists will be critical to success. Key responsibilities: * Review warm leads and initiate outreach * Set appointments for additional follow-up * Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email * Learn and understand how existing customers are using our products and explore other opportunities with existing customers * Attend industry trade shows * Make full use of Salesforce CRM for timely follow up and accurate data Ideal experience: * Sales: 8+ years * Outbound Sales: 5+ years * CRM Management: 5+ years * Cold Contacting: 3+ years * IIoT sales experience a plus We encourage talented, motivated sales professionals to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed above.
