Sorrel Sky Gallery is seeking an Art Advisor / Luxury Sales Associate to join our team. The Opportunity We are looking for a sales-driven professional with experience in high-end sales or a related luxury field. In this role, you will guide clients through the entire sales process--from selection to installation--while contributing to event planning and gallery goals. Work Schedule & Compensation - Hours: Full-time (4-5 days/week) or Part-time (2-3 days/week). Typical hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including at least one weekend day and additional hours for special events. - Annual Compensation indicated includes: Base pay plus commission and performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities * Facilitate in-person and phone sales through attentive service and effective closing techniques. * Cultivate long-term client relationships and collaborate with interior designers and art consultants. * Manage the end-to-end sales process, including payments, shipping, and installation. * Maintain gallery aesthetics and stay current on represented artists and exhibitions. * Collaborate with the Gallery Manager on outreach and institutional acquisitions. Qualifications * Minimum of two years ' experience in high-end sales or a related industry. * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Proficiency with Mac platforms, technology, and social media. * Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of professional integrity. * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
