Beam Sales Group is seeking a Fiber Sales Representative to help advance our strategic collaboration with telecommunication providers. This is a customer- faced position where you will engage directly with homeowners, introducing them to top-tier fiber internet and entertainment offerings. The Fiber Sales Representative will use their tech knowledge to tailor solutions, grow our customer base, and support a results-driven sales team. What You 'll Do as a Fiber Sales Representative * Act as a trusted advisor in your community, interacting with homeowners in person, understanding household connectivity needs, and recommending customized plans. * Complete a comprehensive training to become an expert in telecom & fiber services. * Demonstrate product features on site, comparing fiber offerings to legacy technologies to showcase advantages. * Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and consultation to enrollment and follow-up. * Hit daily sales targets and help the overall team meet goals in a performance-oriented environment. * Use digital tools to maintain prospect data, document interactions, and process orders efficiently in the field. * Contribute to a culture of excellence by sharing techniques, insights, and collaborating with teammates to refine sales processes. What You Bring to the Fiber Sales Representative Role * A high school diploma or GED * Preferred 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, but not required. * Must have valid Drivers License * Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. * Comfortable with tablets, mobile apps, and digital systems for managing customer information and sales workflows. * Upbeat, persistent, and self-driven. * Ability to grasp technical features quickly and clearly explain why fiber is superior to conventional broadband. * Strong attention to detail, reliable data entry skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple leads and interactions without dropping the ball. This position is commission-based. Commissions are uncapped, with entry level Fiber Sales Representatives having the potential to reach weekly incomes ranging from $1-3k+.
