Position Summary The Hybrid Inside / Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business through a combination of in-office sales activity and scheduled outside relationship building. This role is primarily office-based and includes consistent outbound communication such as phone calls, emails, and text messaging to connect with adjusters, contractors, and prospective clients. While working in the office, the representative will focus on lead generation, follow-up, scheduling meetings, pipeline management, and CRM documentation. Outside sales activity consists of planned local visits, presentations, and job-site or office meetings to strengthen relationships and support business development efforts. This position is ideal for a proactive, organized sales professional who excels at relationship building through consistent communication and strategic in-person engagement. Commission & Incentives This role includes a commission component tied to individual performance and revenue growth. Commissions are designed to reward consistent sales activity, pipeline development, and long-term relationship growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities This is a full-time, exempt position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Conduct daily outbound sales activity from the office, including calls, emails, and text communication * Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain an active sales pipeline * Build and maintain relationships with adjusters, contractors, and referral partners * Conduct scheduled in-person visits, presentations, and job-site meetings as needed * Expand existing accounts while promoting customer loyalty and retention * Collaborate with leadership on sales initiatives, outreach strategies, and engagement efforts * Meet established activity and revenue goals through structured sales execution * Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper documentation of all sales activity Required Skills & Abilities * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous B2B sales experience strongly preferred * Prior leadership or management experience, or the ability to learn management fundamentals * Positive, professional, and client-focused attitude * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly * Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and social media communication skills * Strong customer relationship and account management capabilities * Comfort with data analysis, metrics, and performance reporting * Dependable, resilient, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership * Flexible, creative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to bring forward new ideas * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Pay: $51,083.34 - $61,519.71 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
