Full description of the position

Summary: This role combines the entrepreneurial spirit of identifying and investing in a growing company with the practical skills needed to manage a sales territory and drive business development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and scaling businesses, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset for identifying and seizing opportunities within a specific geographical area.This opportunity will require a small investment toward the exclusive licensing agreement of the defined territory you will run and operate

Responsibilities

:

  • Investment & Business Development:
  • Identify and assess potential investment opportunities in up-and-coming companies, including conducting due diligence and developing investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with startup founders to develop and refine business plans, marketing strategies, and sales approaches.
  • Secure and manage funding and other investment resources for the company.
  • Oversee the implementation of new products, services, or business strategies within the assigned territory.
  • Territory Management:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targeted sales goals within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and influencers within the territory.
  • Identify and qualify leads, convert them into sales opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives within the territory to achieve optimal performance.
  • Overall Business Growth:
  • Lead the development and execution of business development initiatives to expand the company's reach and market share.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Report on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications

:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, investment principles, and business valuation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
