AT&T Sales Crew Member Responsibilities: * Close sales through effective negotiation and follow-up, while ensuring a smooth transition for customers from inquiry to enrollment. * Actively reach out to potential customers and existing customers to promote AT&T's products and services to increase sales opportunities * Initiate direct communication with current and potential customers on behalf of AT&T * Educate customers about AT&T's products, services, and new offerings * Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that align with customer needs and AT&T Sales Crew Member protocol * Stay up to date on the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions to effectively sell and answer customer questions. * Provide tailored recommendations based on thorough knowledge of AT&T's offerings and customers' needs AT&T Sales Crew Member Responsibilities & Preferred Skills: * At least 2-3 years of completed college coursework preferred * Previous experience in sales, especially in customer-facing roles such as retail or hospitality preferred but not required * Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box * Comfortable in a high energy, fast paced work environment * The ability to stay organized with multiple AT&T Sales Crew Member tasks * A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales and customer service Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week Work Location: In person
