About Us Smart Delivery Service provides sameday delivery, scheduled routes, warehousing solutions, and hightouch logistics support for businesses across Minnesota and Texas. We are growing fast and looking to expand our sales pipeline with a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a fast-moving, servicedriven environment. Position Overview The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. You will be the first point of contact for many of our future customers and play a crucial role in fueling sales growth in both the MSP and DFW markets. This is a highimpact role for someone who enjoys outbound outreach, consultative conversations, and working closely with a sales leader to book qualified appointments. Key Responsibilities * Research, identify, and prospect businesses that fit our ideal customer profile. * Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate interest and book meetings. * Follow up on inbound leads quickly and qualify their service needs. * Set qualified appointments for the sales team and ensure smooth handoff. * Maintain accurate and organized activity notes in CRM. * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals. * Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy. * Represent Smart Delivery Service professionally while communicating our value clearly and confidently.
