As we continue to build our client base, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us grow and succeed. About the Role: We are seeking an independent, self-driven Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities by selling our staffing services to potential clients. This role primarily involves outbound cold calling and relationship building with decision-makers in various industries, with a focus on accounting firms but open to all sectors. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with prior sales experience who thrives in a commission-based environment and is excited about playing a key role in the growth of a young company. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and networking. * Present and explain our staffing services, demonstrating how we can help businesses meet their workforce needs. * Build and maintain relationships with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers. * Generate and close new client contracts to place temporary or permanent staff. * Track and report on sales activities and pipeline progress directly to the company founder. * Stay informed about industry trends and staffing solutions to confidently address client questions. What We 're Looking For: * Prior sales experience, ideally in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection. * Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. * Knowledge of the staffing industry is a plus but not required. Compensation: * Commission-based: Earn 30% of the profit from every staffing contract you close. * The more clients you bring in, the more you earn--no cap on commission. * Flexible schedule and remote work.
