Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and expanding our market presence through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and enthusiastic about customer service, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers * Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound outreach * Handle incoming customer calls and emails and route inquiries appropriately * Accurately enter and process customer orders, RMAs, and other sales transactions in a timely manner * Support outside sales representatives and internal service teams * Assist with managing sales promotions and new product releases * Cultivate new customer accounts and help grow existing accounts * Maintain organized records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail * Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Sales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred * Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems and basic computer applications a plus * Distribution and/or manufacturing experience a plus * 1-2 years experience in Inside Sales and/or Customer Service EnDiSys offers attractive compensation, benefits, and career development opportunities.
