Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales/Marketing Assistant to support our growing business. This role involves engaging in outside and inside sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to find the work, and here in south Florida it's everywhere. Responsibilities * Support outside sales efforts through territory management, lead generation, and direct sales activities * Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities * Engage in cold calling and outreach to generate new business leads * Collaborate with management on sales strategies, market analysis, and territory expansion plans * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally * Support retail sales initiatives when applicable, including upselling and cross-selling products Experience * Prior experience with lead generation, cold calling, product demos, and upselling will be advantageous * Background in marketing or business development roles is beneficial Make your own schedule as hours are very flexible-pay is commission only but is uncapped and potential is EVERYWHERE. You will earn a percent of EVERY job you pull + small fee for jobs bid.
