Summary We are looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced boutique insurance team. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, our women-led, women-owned agency prides itself on delivering exceptional service within a friendly and supportive work environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines accounts, including auto, home, and umbrella coverage.
• Provide exemplary customer service by answering phones, assisting walk-in clients, and addressing inquiries.
• Handle endorsements, process payments, and review policy renewals.
• Generate quotes and assist in writing new business, including remarketing to partner carriers.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude while working independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with RMV procedures and required documentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
