This hybrid role blends in-office work, remote flexibility, and essential job site visits to ensure seamless coordination between clients, project teams, and vendors. Learn more about our company at [please apply online] Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business * Collaborate closely with internal project teams and field leaders to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment on goals * Build strong vendor relationships to support project execution and client needs * Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients * Conduct job site visits to ensure project accuracy, relationship building, and real-time communication * Prepare proposals, quotes, and documentation related to client accounts * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and project data in CRM systems * Act as an advocate for both the customer and SECO's mission, ensuring win-win outcomes Qualifications * Minimum 7 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or client relations, preferably in the construction or electrical industry * Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a competitive spirit who thrives on achievement and stays motivated and composed under pressure * Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships * Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while coordinating across multiple teams * Driven, optimistic, and solution-oriented mindset * No specific educational background required; experience, attitude, and values are what matter most * Willingness to travel locally for project site visits Benefits * Salary + Commission Structure * Performance Bonus Eligibility After 1 Year * Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle * Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Leave) * Mileage Reimbursement for Site Visits * Hybrid Work Flexibility * Relocation Assistance * Tight-knit culture with career mentorship and professional growth Schedule * Full-Time: Monday - Friday * Hybrid: In-office, remote, and on-site as needed Location * Hybrid role based in Georgia with travel to job sites as required.
