Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate closely with internal project teams and field leaders to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment on goals
• Build strong vendor relationships to support project execution and client needs
• Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients
• Conduct job site visits to ensure project accuracy, relationship building, and real-time communication
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and documentation related to client accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and project data in CRM systems
• Act as an advocate for both the customer and SECO's mission, ensuring win-win outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or client relations, preferably in the construction or electrical industry
• Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a competitive spirit who thrives on achievement and stays motivated and composed under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
• Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while coordinating across multiple teams
• Driven, optimistic, and solution-oriented mindset
• No specific educational background required; experience, attitude, and values are what matter most
• Willingness to travel locally for project site visits
