At Excelencia, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to join our executive leadership team in the U.S. The CSO will be responsible for shaping and executing our sales vision, driving revenue growth, and building a world-class sales organization. This is a high-impact role for a proven leader who thrives on scaling businesses and delivering results. * Key Responsibilities: * Define and lead the company's sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets. * Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team across regions. * Drive new market expansion and strengthen existing client relationships. * Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance to align go-to-market strategies. * Report directly to the CEO and Board on sales performance and future opportunities. * Qualifications: * 20 years Overall Experience with atleast 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a track record of scaling revenue. * Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. * Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills * Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making Requirements Success Metrics: * Achievement of revenue and profitability targets. * Market share growth and customer acquisition. * Retention and expansion of key accounts. * Sales team engagement and performance.
