Key Responsibilities

:

• Define and lead the company's sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team across regions.
• Drive new market expansion and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance to align go-to-market strategies.
• Report directly to the CEO and Board on sales performance and future opportunities.

Qualifications

:

• 20 years Overall Experience with atleast 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a track record of scaling revenue.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
