Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our fragrance store team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in selecting products, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and supporting store operations to ensure a seamless retail experience. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding fragrances and related products * Conduct product demos to educate customers about different scents and brands * Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing * Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales * Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays * Stock shelves, organize inventory, and manage product replenishment * Perform cashier duties with attention to detail and accuracy in retail math calculations * Assist with store merchandising, including signage placement and promotional displays * Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or reservations * Support supervising staff with training new team members or overseeing daily operations as needed Requirements * Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a fragrance or specialty store environment * Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively * Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele * Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations * Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demonstrations * Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor * Supervising experience is desirable but not mandatory; leadership qualities are a plus * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting * Familiarity with grocery store operations or similar retail environments is advantageous * Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions Join our team to deliver memorable shopping experiences while working in a vibrant fragrance store environment.
