Job Title: Staffing Sales Representative Job Type: Full Time, In Office (not remote or hybrid) Location: Rogers, MN (serving the Twin Cities area) Salary: $50,000$55,000 base + commission Schedule: MondayFriday, with occasional evenings/weekends for networking Travel: Daily travel within the Twin Cities area Join Our Team & Make an Impact Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives on connecting people and businesses Were looking for a Staffing Sales Representative to help us grow and strengthen partnerships with companies across the Twin Cities. In this role, youll have the opportunity to open new doors, meet with decision- makers, and directly impact the success of our clients and candidates. This isnt just sales, its about making the right match and building lasting relationships. What Youll Be Doing * Growing business by connecting with new companies and introducing our staffing solutions * Building strong, long-term relationships with clients to become their go-to partner * Attending networking events, site visits, and community activities to expand your reach * Collaborating with recruiters and account managers to deliver great results for clients * Keeping client information, updates, and plans organized in our system * Representing our brand at local events and within the community What Were Looking For * 3+ years of proven sales experience (staffing, light industrial, or skilled trades a plus) * Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience * Strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people * Highly motivated, organized, and resilient * Valid drivers license, insurance, and reliable transportation for daily travel in the Twin Cities * Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend networking events Why Youll Love Working With Us We believe in celebrating success and supporting our people.
