Location: Rockville, MD (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time H&C Construction LLC, a U.S.-based residential remodeling company, is seeking a driven and client-focused Sales Estimator Representative to join our team in Rockville, MD. This role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and guiding homeowners from initial inquiry to contract signing through accurate estimating and coordinated execution. This position is directed at professionals with experience in interior construction and sales who are looking to capitalize on their expertise, close high-value projects, and turn their commercial performance into real financial growth within an expanding company with a consistent flow of opportunities. The mission of this role is to convert qualified residential remodeling leads into signed projects through consultative sales, accurate estimating, and strong client relationships, ensuring a professional and efficient experience from first contact to contract signing.
