Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories. * Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. * Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits. * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, marketing initiatives, and industry events. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. * Maintain territory management by planning daily routes, scheduling meetings, and ensuring comprehensive coverage of assigned regions. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or related fields such as technology sales or retail sales. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management effectively. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated ability in lead generation through cold calling or direct outreach strategies. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities. * Ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations that influence purchasing decisions. * Analytical skills for market analysis and sales data interpretation to optimize strategies. * Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and managing time efficiently. * Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques that support business development efforts is preferred.
