Job Description: Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop our customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. Use marketing materials to market SERVPRO services and to sell the benefits. Responsibilities: * Build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world * Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals * Maintain Franchise web and Social Media Sites. * Provide Newsletters and e-blast coordination * Obtain reviews from customers * Experience handling warm leads and prospecting for new leads. * Experience in the Insurance industry or Restoration industry a plus. * Positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Proficient using Microsoft Office products. * Strong networking and relationship building skills. * Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills. * Great organizational, analytical and time management skills. * Able to work well without supervision, as well as within a team. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Experience with sales and marketing preferred * Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills * Familiar with current technology and apps (will train for SERVPRO specific apps and software) * Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Salary starting at $15.00/hour + Commission All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
