We're looking for a driven, outgoing Front Desk Agent who understands that the front desk is not just a service position, it's a sales engine. If you're confident, persuasive, and motivated to fill rooms through proactive outreach, this role is for you. What Makes This Role Different This is not a passive front desk position. We are seeking someone who: * Actively sells rooms , not just assigns them * Is comfortable prospecting for new business * Treats every interaction as a potential booking opportunity Key Responsibilities * Greet guests and provide excellent customer service during check-in/check-out * Every shift perform daily front desk duties as expected for every front desk agent * Identify long-stay, crew, and corporate lead opportunities * Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings * Track leads and communicate opportunities to management * Maintain accurate reservations and guest records * Represent the hotel professionally both on and off property Sales Incentives & Bonus Structure * This position includes bonus opportunities tied directly to performance * A tiered bonus system will be in place based on trackable rooms sold * New or existing companies * Individual guests converted through proactive sales efforts * Rooms must be sold and verified within a defined time frame to qualify * Bonuses will be issued in the next applicable pay period * Bonus payouts may be provided as: * A payroll bonus * A gift card * Or another mutually acceptable form discussed with you and management * Clear tracking and transparency will be provided so you always know where you stand Who We 're Looking For * Spanish/English language preferred * Strong sales mindset -- hospitality sales experience is a huge plus * Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face lead generation * Confident communicator (in person and on the phone) * Goal-oriented and motivated by results * Able to handle front desk operations while multitasking * PEP experience preferred (but not required -- we can train the right person) Why Join Us * Direct impact on hotel occupancy and revenue * Opportunity to build real hospitality sales experience * Competitive base pay plus performance-based bonuses Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
