As a small, family-run business, we value reliability, teamwork, and long-term customer relationships. The Opportunity We're looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our showroom team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, learning product details, and working directly with customers on remodeling projects. If you're personable, organized, and comfortable helping customers navigate material selections and pricing, this could be a great fit. What You 'll Do * Assist and guide customers in selecting countertops, cabinets, flooring, tile, and related materials * Provide accurate pricing, product information, and basic guidance for remodeling projects * Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and repeat customers * Prepare quotes and follow up with customers as needed * Maintain showroom displays and sample organization * Work closely with management and team members to support daily operations Requirements (Must-Haves) * Previous retail or sales experience (home improvement or building materials experience is a plus) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Willingness to learn product details, pricing, and basic measurements * Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented * Ability to work 20-25 hours a week * Ability to stand and assist customers throughout the showroom * Be bilingual in English and Spanish * Proficiency with technology and Google platforms.
