JRole Overview Alpha Pest Control is seeking an experienced, self-driven door-to-door sales professional to generate new residential pest control customers. This role is strictly commission-based and designed for individuals who are already proven in D2D sales and understand how to consistently perform without supervision. This is not an entry-level role. This position is for closers who are comfortable working independently, managing their own pipeline, and representing a premium, local service brand in the field. Primary Responsibilities * Canvass assigned neighborhoods and territories door-to-door. * Generate and close new Monthly Pest Control (MPC) service agreements. * Accurately present Alpha Pest Control service offerings, pricing, and guarantees. * Identify upsell opportunities (rodents, mosquitoes, weeds, specialty services) and hand off qualified projects as required. * Input leads, contracts, and notes into the company CRM accurately and same-day. * Maintain professionalism, compliance, and brand standards in all customer interactions. * Work assigned campaigns, neighborhoods, and promotions as directed. * Meet or exceed minimum performance expectations for closes and retention. Compensation Structure (Summary) * Commission paid per closed Monthly Pest Control contract. * Tiered accelerators for higher monthly close volume. * Additional commission opportunities on qualifying project work. * Clawbacks apply for early cancellations per company policy. * No base pay, no draw. High performance is rewarded; low performance self-selects out. Required Experience & Qualifications * Proven door-to-door sales experience (minimum 1 year required; pest, solar, alarms, roofing, or telecom preferred). * Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and close face-to-face sales. * Clean criminal background (background check required). * Clean driving record and reliable transportation. * Strong communication and objection-handling skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. * Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona conditions. * Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Additional Requirements * Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. * Must be able to walk several miles per day and stand for extended periods. * Must comply with all Alpha Pest Control sales scripts, compliance rules, and territory guidelines. * Willingness to attend onboarding, product training, and periodic sales meetings. * Tech-competent: able to use CRM, mobile apps, and digital contracts.
