Territory Manager - Medical Device Sales Inland Empire, CA Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Job Overview: Level Medical is seeking a driven and experienced Territory Manager to grow our presence in the Inland Empire. This is a field-based medical device sales role focused on spine and orthopedic bone growth therapy solutions. Why Join Level Medical: * Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission * High-demand spine and orthopedic product line * Strong onboarding with classroom and field training * Autonomy to manage and grow your territory * Opportunity for long-term career growth in medical device sales Key Responsibilities: * Drive sales growth by promoting and distributing Level Medical products * Develop and maintain relationships with Orthopedic and Neurosurgeons, office staff, and patients * Execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals * Educate physicians and patients on product benefits, usage, and outcomes * Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, follow-up, and closing * Complete required documentation including prescriptions, letters of medical necessity, and sales orders * Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and reimbursement processes * Provide ongoing service and support to healthcare providers and patients Qualifications: * Medical device or DME sales experience preferred * Experience calling on orthopedic and/or neurosurgery practices strongly preferred * Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role * Comfortable navigating gatekeepers and building referral relationships * Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory Schedule: * Full-time * Field-based position Compensation: * Base salary + uncapped commission If you are a goal-driven sales professional looking to grow your career in the medical device industry while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives, we encourage you to apply.
