What You'll Be Doing as an Account Support Specialist In this position, you 'll play a key role in bringing Frontier's products to life for customers across the Tampa area. Your day-to-day will include: * Engaging directly with homeowners to introduce Frontier's high-speed internet and telecom solutions * Explaining product features, pricing, and service options in clear, customer-friendly terms * Understanding each customer's needs to recommend the best plan for their household * Managing the full sales process from introduction to enrollment with professionalism and accuracy * Collaborating with your Account Support Specialist team to meet shared goals and celebrate group success * Representing both Frontier and Accelerated Strategies with integrity and enthusiasm Training and Development No telecom experience?
