The Role: Restoration Sales Consultant You'll leverage cuttingedge data tools like HailTrace, CHIIRP, and CompanyCam to identify and engage homeowners impacted by storm damage--particularly where windows, siding, or roofs (often with discontinued materials) need repair. You'll lead with empathy, clarity, and expertise throughout the claims and restoration process, guiding homeowners from discovery to installation and beyond. What You'll Do * Lead Generation & Prospecting * Use HailTrace, AI messaging, and city permit data to pinpoint highvalue leads * Engage homeowners via email, CHIIRP, cold/warm calls, SMS, social media, doorknocking, and canvassing * Amplify efforts through referral partners--insurance agents, contractors, suppliers, and realtors * Consulting & Sales * Reveal storm damage homeowners may not be aware of (roof, siding, windows) * Build trust through EQ, service-first mindset, and clear communication * Secure contingency agreements (insurance-driven agreements--they pay only the deductible) * Inspect and document damage with 100+ annotated photos via CompanyCam * Present material and design options that revitalize homes * Project Coordination & Claims Advocacy * Advocate as homeowners' technical guide with insurance adjusters * Support internal teams with clear scope and documentation * Strategize supplemental claims, engineer involvement, or appraisal * Guide project completion and protect homeowner experience * Design & Materials Guidance * Help homeowners select roofing, siding, and window materials aligned to style, budget, and insurance needs Tools You'll Use * HailTrace - identifies storm-impacted areas * CHIIRP - AI messaging and automated follow-ups * CompanyCam - photo documentation and annotation * Hover - 3D visualization and home measurement tool * Acculynx - CRM software for lead and customer management What Makes You a Fit * Preferred Experience: * B2C/B2B sales, doortodoor, canvassing, cold calling, or restoration/construction background * Familiarity with HailTrace, CHIIRP, CompanyCam, Xactimate, or storm-damage claims * Tech-savvy, organized, strong grammar, customer-focused, and emotionally intelligent * A growth mindset paired with kindness, persistence, and self-belief Compensation & Culture Most reps close their first deal within 30-60 days Team trips, bonuses, residuals, and uncapped earning potential Clear income timeline: earn $10K-$15K/month after 6 months No experience needed - we'll train you!
