Whether it's using your wireless device to communicate with friends, family, work or other areas, our Entry Level Account Representative takes the time to highlight the benefits to our customers. Our Entry Level Account Representatives are focused and committed to providing outstanding customer service, assisting with sales, and building relationships to acquire new customer accounts as well as maintaining current accounts. The Entry Level Account Representative will work with each customer to ensure their overall satisfaction with the products and services offered. Entry Level Account Representative Responsibilities: * Connect with customers to understand what type of wireless services they are looking for. This will allow our Entry Level Account Representative members to best assist them * Proactively problem-solve any situation with a customer which can include wireless device management, processing a sales order, transferring lines or monthly billing questions * Source new sales opportunities through relationship building and potential future referrals * Use AT&T product knowledge guides to obtain increased knowledge in this position and stay up to date with the latest wireless technology offered * As the Entry Level Account Representative member gains more knowledge, have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as needed to excel in this position Entry Level Account Representative Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills for working with customers * Willingness to learn new skills and about new technology devices * Organized and time management skills * Adaptable when working with customers to best fit their requests * Prior experience in a customer service, sales, or similar position Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,350.00 per week Work Location: In person
