Job Responsibilities: * Follow dealership sales processes and comply with all ethical standards to meet dealership sales goals. * Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards. * Greet customers and assists customers to identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs while ensuring each customer has a premium buying experience. * Explain features and demonstrate operations of vehicles in the showroom and/or on test drives. * Communicate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowances and discounts. * Properly completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales. * Provide complete reviews of vehicle features and benefits during sale processes and at the time of delivery. * Engage in business development. * Address customer concerns. * Engage customers after a sale for follow-up. * Keep the lot neat and orderly as a team. * Other job duties as assigned by your manager. Job Qualifications: * Experience in sales a plus but not necessary. We will train the right person. * Professional appearance and strong communication skills. * Motivated individual with a passion and drive for unlimited earning potential.
