The Role: The Inside Sales Representative (Architectural Support) is an in office position based in the greater Chicagoland suburbs. This role is critical to supporting the outside sales team by identifying new project opportunities, reviewing plans and specifications, and managing projects from initial identification through completion. You'll maintain and update the project database, ensure quotes and documentation are completed accurately and on time, and hold the sales team accountable to timelines and follow up. This position is highly detail oriented and ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects from A to Z in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Benefits and Compensation: * Base salary range of $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience. * Quarterly company sales bonus opportunity. * Medical insurance covered at approximately 85 percent, with dental and vision fully covered. * 401(k) with automatic 3 percent company contribution. * Profit sharing based on overall company performance. * Paid time off including 2-3 weeks of vacation plus sick time.
