Position Summary: The Generator Systems Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth in the Minnesota territory through new lead generation and relationship development. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with electrical contractors, general contractors, engineering firms, and end users. The GSS will act as a liaison between clients and the internal engineering team to ensure customer needs are clearly defined and fulfilled. Key Responsibilities: * Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and end users. * Follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner. * Input and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system (Bolt). * Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure proper solution development. * Provide feedback from the field to assist in continuous improvement of sales processes and product offerings. Qualifications: * 3+ years of sales experience in a technical or construction-related field preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with generator systems or electrical/mechanical systems is a plus. * Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to travel within the Minnesota territory.
