Responsibilities * Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by identifying potential clients through lead generation and cold calling campaigns. * Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to showcase solutions that address customer challenges. * Manage territory sales by developing strategic plans to maximize coverage and growth within assigned regions. * Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective account management and exceptional customer service. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that benefit both parties while maintaining company standards. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives. * Maintain thorough knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors to stay ahead in B2B sales environments. * Upsell existing accounts by identifying additional needs and presenting suitable solutions to increase revenue. * Lead management efforts by coordinating inside sales activities, including follow-ups and qualification of prospects. Experience * Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with experience overseeing territory management or sales teams. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster trust and close deals effectively. * Ability to conduct product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly to diverse audiences. * Experience in retail sales or direct sales environments is a plus but not required. * Demonstrated ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, or marketing campaigns. * Analytical skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and develop strategic plans for growth.
