Job Overview: At My Painter & Exteriors, we are seeking a Residential Sales Representative to sell our interior / exterior painting and exterior renovation services. Our goal is to bring someone into our company who is team oriented and is aligned with our core values. Key Responsibilities include: * Performing in home sales meetings. * Accurately measure areas to be painted. * Use estimating software in real-time. * Follow a proven sales process. * Clever question asker, anticipates objections, handle stalls, and goes for the close. * Actively engages in team meetings, networking events, company events. Qualifications: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Team- oriented and willingness to grow. Education and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus. * Required 2+ years of sales experience. * Required construction knowledge.
