As a key representative of our company, you will be the face of our brand. A passion for wellness, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential to success in this role. Duties * Achieve sales goals by managing and evaluating current accounts. Follow a structured sales process for new prospects, including product demonstrations and presentations. * Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and to identify additional sales opportunities. * Identify new prospects, schedule appointments, conduct effective qualifying cold calls, and manage the full sales cycle to close business. * Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, conduct demos, and confidently handle objections. * Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism. * Partner with team members and other departments to support company-wide sales initiatives. * Maintain an active and organized sales pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts, and track progress toward monthly and quarterly targets. * Travel nationally as required to support sales activities and customer relationships. Skills * Bachelor's degree * Formal sales training (e.g., Dale Carnegie) * 5+ years previous sales experience, preferably within a related industry * Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities * Proven success building and maintaining strong client relationships * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage; CRM experience preferred (HubSpot strongly preferred) Salary base $40-$70K plus commissions, potential $120k to $160k If you are passionate about sales, possess a strong work ethic, and are eager to contribute to a growing company, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Sales Representative!
