Sales Development Representative - HaloPSA Launch your sales career in a high-growth SaaS ecosystem. We're looking for a driven, curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our HaloPSA sales team. This role is designed for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on experience, direct exposure to senior Account Executives, and a clear path into a closing role. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll play a critical role in shaping how HaloPSA continues its rapid growth across the global MSP market. Your conversations, insights, and execution will directly influence our go-to-market strategy. If your goal is to become an Account Executive, and you're hungry to learn fast, this role is built for you. What you 'll do * Build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and thoughtful, value-led outreach * Qualify inbound interest across phone, email, and social channels * Work closely with experienced Account Executives on strategic accounts and campaigns * Support trade shows and industry events by engaging prospects and converting interest into qualified opportunities * Consistently achieve activity, conversation, and opportunity targets * Research accounts and markets to enable relevant, high-quality sales conversations * Develop strong product and market knowledge, including HaloPSA's value proposition and ideal customer profile * Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot This role is intentionally structured as a stepping stone into more senior sales roles for high performers.
