MasterRoof Contracting is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing Charleston, South Carolina branch. This is a full-time, commission-only sales position with a top residential roofing contractor that is aggressively expanding. In 2024, we launched our Charleston branch as an extension of our already well-established and successful operation. This is a unique opportunity to get in early with a growing branch and build a long-term career with a proven company. Responsibilities * Engage homeowners to understand their needs and recommend roofing solutions * Inspect properties and present estimates * Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction * Generate leads through self-prospecting, referrals, and company marketing * Manage accounts and maintain long-term client relationships * Track activity using CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent) * Coordinate with production and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) * Construction or home improvement experience * Previous sales experience (inside or outside sales) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Our Culture We believe in making people 's lives better--our customers' and our team members'.
