Inside Sales Representative (Real Estate) - No Experience Required We are a growing real estate investment company specializing in fix-and- flip homes and wholesaling contracts , and we're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting (circle prospecting) and handling inbound leads. If you're coachable, driven, and want a clear path to high earnings, we'll train you from day one.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to property owners (circle prospecting)
• Follow up with warm and inbound leads
• Qualify sellers and gather property information
• Build rapport and maintain consistent follow-up
• Update notes and track activity in our CRM
• Work closely with our acquisitions team Training & Support
• No experience required
• No real estate license required
• Paid, hands-on on-the-job training
• Sales scripts, systems, and coaching provided
• Ongoing skill development and mentorship What We're Looking For
