Inside Sales Representative (Real Estate) - No Experience Required We are a growing real estate investment company specializing in fix-and- flip homes and wholesaling contracts , and we're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting (circle prospecting) and handling inbound leads. If you're coachable, driven, and want a clear path to high earnings, we'll train you from day one. What You'll Do * Make outbound calls to property owners (circle prospecting) * Follow up with warm and inbound leads * Qualify sellers and gather property information * Build rapport and maintain consistent follow-up * Update notes and track activity in our CRM * Work closely with our acquisitions team Training & Support * No experience required * No real estate license required * Paid, hands-on on-the-job training * Sales scripts, systems, and coaching provided * Ongoing skill development and mentorship What We're Looking For * Strong communication skills * Comfortable speaking on the phone * Self-motivated and goal-oriented * Coachable with a positive attitude * Reliable and consistent work ethic * Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required) About Us We are an established real estate investment company focused on creating win-win solutions for homeowners.
