*Senior Sales Manager - Residential Solar - Light Commercial ROI Solar Inc. | Lodi, CA (Hybrid / In-Office Leadership Role) ROI Solar Inc. is looking for a proven Residential Solar Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our in-house sales team. This is not a door-knocking operation. These are company-generated leads coming from multiple marketing channels and we need a leader who knows how to turn opportunity into closed deals, consistently. What You 'll Do * Lead and manage a team of in-house residential solar sales professionals * Work daily with company-generated leads * Coach reps on: * In-home and virtual consultations * Closing strategies * Financing options and product positioning * Oversee and collaborate closely with the marketing and business development team * Drive performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting * Track KPIs including: * Lead conversion rates * Close rates * Average system size * Revenue and margin performance * Train and mentor sales reps on best practices, compliance, and customer experience * Ensure accurate handoff from sales to operations for smooth project execution What You MUST Know This role requires real residential solar experience , not theory. You should be fully fluent in: * Residential solar system design fundamentals * Cash, loan, lease, and PPA structures * Explaining ROI, savings, and utility offset clearly to homeowners * Financing platforms including: * Sungage * Concert * GoodLeap * PACE If you've sold solar, managed solar teams, and know how deals actually get funded and installed--this will feel like home.
