Reliable and regular attendance is an essential function of this position. Salary: $20-$21 an hour + commissions Key Responsibilities: * Estimating * Read/interpret blueprints * Determine and calculate materials needed from blueprints * Customer service * Develop a positive rapport with clients/customers * Promptly answer/address customer questions * Data Entry * Convert estimates into active orders using computer systems * Conduct Manual order entries, as necessary * Field Measuring * Travel to jobsites to gather information necessary to recommend products and estimate quantities and costs * Interpret blueprints with foreman and identify material usage issues * Special order tracking * Utilize judgement, experience and knowledge to identify vendors and products offerings that best fit the customers' needs and company objectives * Calculate customer pricing and place special orders * Sales Representation * Represent contractor sales staff when Senior Sales member is out of the office Qualifications: Why Join Scherer Bros.
