Position Summary

: Provides sales, field and administrative support to Sales Staff. Reliable and regular attendance is an essential function of this position. Salary: $20-$21 an hour + commissions

Key Responsibilities

:

• Estimating
• Read/interpret blueprints
• Determine and calculate materials needed from blueprints
• Customer service
• Develop a positive rapport with clients/customers
• Promptly answer/address customer questions
• Data Entry
• Convert estimates into active orders using computer systems
• Conduct Manual order entries, as necessary
• Field Measuring
• Travel to jobsites to gather information necessary to recommend products and estimate quantities and costs
• Interpret blueprints with foreman and identify material usage issues
• Special order tracking
• Utilize judgement, experience and knowledge to identify vendors and products offerings that best fit the customers' needs and company objectives
• Calculate customer pricing and place special orders
• Sales Representation
• Represent contractor sales staff when Senior Sales member is out of the office
