About Us: Atlantic Strings is a premier violin shop with three locations dedicated to guiding musicians on their journey from beginner to professional-level instruments. We offer a wide range of quality instruments, ensuring the perfect instrument for every player at every point in their journey. Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and experienced Online Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online sales, website monitoring, and marketing, coupled with a passion for the violin family of instruments. Familiarity with the StoryBrand framework is a plus, as we believe our customers are the heroes of their musical journeys. No experience with StoryBrand - no worries, we will train the right person. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor all online sales * Create engaging and brand-consistent content that resonates with our audience. * Utilize the StoryBrand framework to craft compelling marketing messages. * Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. * Promote the company's brands. * Implement SEO strategies to boost search rankings and organic traffic. Qualifications: * Proven experience in online sales, social media marketing, and brand marketing. * Proficiency in using social media platforms and online sales tools (WordPress and Mailchimp, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, and others). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content. * Passion for music and familiarity with the violin family of instruments. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience playing a violin, viola, cello, or bass. * Knowledge of the music retail industry. * Graphic design skills. * Mailchimp and WordPress and popular Social Media platforms proficient.
