Overview

: We seek a dynamic and experienced Online Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online sales, website monitoring, and marketing, coupled with a passion for the violin family of instruments. Familiarity with the StoryBrand framework is a plus, as we believe our customers are the heroes of their musical journeys. No experience with StoryBrand - no worries, we will train the right person.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Monitor all online sales
• Create engaging and brand-consistent content that resonates with our audience.
• Utilize the StoryBrand framework to craft compelling marketing messages.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Promote the company's brands.
• Implement SEO strategies to boost search rankings and organic traffic.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in online sales, social media marketing, and brand marketing.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and online sales tools (WordPress and Mailchimp, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, and others).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Passion for music and familiarity with the violin family of instruments.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Experience playing a violin, viola, cello, or bass.
• Knowledge of the music retail industry.
• Graphic design skills.
• Mailchimp and WordPress and popular Social Media platforms proficient. What We Offer:
