Overview We are a new and rapidly growing Med Spa committed to delivering an exceptional client experience and high-quality aesthetic and wellness services. We're looking for a Front Desk Medical Assistant who thrives in a boutique, fast-paced and is excited to grow with our team. The Front Desk and Sales Medical Assistant is the first impression of our Med Spa. This role combines front desk operations, patient coordination, and light clinical support. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, tech- savvy, and comfortable engaging with clients throughout their full treatment journey. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Client Experience * Greet clients with a warm, friendly, welcoming energy * Check clients in/out, manage intake forms, and handle payments * Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting lobby area * Wear professional scrubs daily Scheduling & Administrative Duties * Manage all scheduling, booking, and calendar coordination * Handle inbound calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries * Ensure seamless rebooking and follow-up for ongoing treatment plans * Maintain accurate client records and documentation * Assist with inventory tracking and supply ordering as needed Sales Outreach & Client Retention * Conduct follow-ups with previous clients for re-bookings * Assist with loyalty programs, membership communication, and reminders * Support marketing efforts by promoting specials, events, and wellness programs * Provide inbound and outbound lead follow-up * Provide exceptional customer service that builds long-term relationships Clinical Support (Light) * Assist provider with room setup, stocking supplies, and simple prep tasks * Maintain treatment room cleanliness and readiness * Follow proper sanitization and safety protocols * Check clients in/out, manage intake forms, and handle payments * Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting lobby area * Wear professional scrubs daily Requirements * Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required if experienced * Previous experience in a Med Spa, dermatology office, plastic surgery office, or wellness clinic preferred * Break Down and set up for RN's * Administer vitamin injections * Strong communication and customer service skills * Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented * Comfortable with electronic scheduling systems and basic office technology * Ability to multitask in a busy environment * A fun, friendly personality and willingness to learn and grow * Must be available for occasional after-hours events What We Offer * Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding Med Spa * Supportive team environment * Employee discounts on services and products * Training and professional development opportunities This position requires a professional who is compassionate about patient care and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $35,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
