About the Role Nordex Advanced Technology, Inc. is a nationwide supplier of printable CD/DVD used for MRI/CT image distribution (DICOM/PACS workflows). We're hiring a Inside Sales Rep to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and help expand our nationwide network of imaging center clients. You'll own prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn research, email outreach, and pipeline management to win new accounts and grow revenue. Responsibilities * Prospect and contact independent radiology centers, imaging facilities, and outpatient diagnostic clinics across the U.S. * Make daily outbound phone calls and emails to introduce our products and generate new accounts. * Build and maintain a sales pipeline , record activity, and track progress using CRM software. * Provide product information, quotes, and sample offers to qualified prospects. * Follow up with leads and convert first orders into repeat accounts. * Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time deliveries. * Meet or exceed monthly new-account and revenue goals. Qualifications * 2+ year of B2B sales experience , ideally in healthcare supplies, medical consumables, or imaging equipment. * Excellent phone communication and closing skills. * Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach. * Strong organizational skills with attention to follow-up and detail. * Proficient in CRM tools (Apptivo, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office. * Reliable, energetic, and motivated to generate results. * Experience selling to radiology, imaging, or healthcare practices is a strong plus. Compensation and Benefits * Base Pay: $21 - $27/hr * Commission: 5-10% of first-order revenue + smaller residual on reorders * Quarterly Bonus: $1 ,000-$1 ,500 for hitting new-account or revenue targets * Benefits: Health, PTO, holidays * Training provided and growth opportunities within the company. Schedule * Monday to Friday, in-office position * 7am-4pm standard business hours.
