Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager, Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in outside sales and management, who can effectively oversee B2B sales operations while fostering a culture of excellence within the team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology sales, marketing strategies, and customer service excellence. Duties * Lead and manage the sales operations team to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business goals, focusing on B2B sales and account management. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales performance, managing customer relationships, and analyzing data to inform decision-making. * Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and enhance customer engagement. * Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and negotiation skills. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team, promoting professional development and high performance. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales management, with a track record of success in B2B technology sales. * Strong background in technical sales with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. * Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, business development, account management, and analysis skills. * Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on building high-performing teams. * Excellent communication skills coupled with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
