At The Gents Place , you'll help successful men elevate their image while selling premium memberships and world-class products. This is not a receptionist job --you won't answer phones. Our call center handles calls so you can focus entirely on sales, service, and relationships. You'll present memberships ($525 -$8,000/yr) and luxury retail including Creed fragrances ($500+) and fine men's grooming goods. What You 'll Do * Greet members and guests with confidence and warmth * Present and close membership and retail sales * Recommend grooming, skincare, and fragrance products * Partner with barbers to deliver a seamless luxury experience Who You Are * 1+ year of professional sales success (real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or software) * Comfortable engaging affluent clients and closing sales * Polished, professional, dependable, and goal-oriented * Team-focused and available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) Pay & Benefits * $18+/hr base plus $1K -$2K avg. monthly commissions * Health insurance reimbursement * 401(k) with match * Paid time off (vacation, community service, and mental health days) * Tuition assistance and paid training * Parental, dental, vision, and disability coverage Long-term team members (5+ yrs) earn 100% paid health insurance, 17 days paid vacation, and enhanced 401(k) match.
