Paradise Pools and Spas Greensboro is now hiring! We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. If you have experience with high-ticket sales, strong communication skills and a desire to control your income while helping families bring their dream backyards to life- this could be your next career move. -Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases and returns. -Teach and gain knowledge of pool and spa products -Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits -Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales and company policies -Process transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) System -Stock and replenish chemicals/merchandise on the sales floor -Ensure the store is clean, organized and visually appealing Qualifications: -Previous experience in retail sales and customer service REQUIRED -Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously -Basic knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, etc. -Technical sales experience or knowledge of electronics is a plus -Basic computer skills required -Bi-lingual language skills in Spanish/English is a plus but not required Job Type: Full Time Pay: Starting $16 per hour with yearly raises / Plus Commission (on Pools & Spas) Expected Hours: 32-40 per week -Flexible Schedule -Must be available to work Saturdays/ Get one off a month (Closed Sundays) -1 week paid vacation after your first year of employment / 2 weeks paid vacation after second year of employment Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 32 per week Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
