Our customers reorder automatically every 30 to 90 days which means every deal you close continues paying you month after month. What You Will Do * Prospect and close high value commercial accounts including hotels hospitals office buildings and industrial facilities * Conduct on site filter audits and ROI focused presentations * Close recurring supply agreements with facility managers and property directors * Build manage and grow your personal book of business * Stack residual income month over month Requirements * Minimum two years of B2B door to door sales experience * Experience selling to facility managers property managers or maintenance directors * Proven closer with documented results * Comfortable with consultative and value based selling * CRM experience required HubSpot preferred Ideal background includes payment processing HVAC commercial services or facility related products.
