We are looking for experienced, motivated sales professionals to join our amazing company. Our sales representatives have the opportunity to earn well into the six-figure range while enjoying being part of a great team. The sales representative position consists of analyzing customer needs for HVAC equipment, presenting a sales proposal, guiding the customer to a solution, and follow up with each customer to ensure their complete satisfaction. No cold calling, all leads are set via our skilled lead coordinator. Knowledge of HVAC is not mandatory- we will train you, but prior In-Home Sales or Consultative Sales experience is a must! Responsibilities: * Strong needs-based sales skills and a passion for selling. * Comfortable with presenting in-home. * Ability to overcome technical and sales objections of prospective customers. * Manage, follow-up and dismiss lost opportunities. * Capture all sales data while in the home ensuring the job is sold correctly. * Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as needed. * Strong relationship building skills, customer focused and disciplined. * Previous experience with in-home sales or consultative sales. * Great communication, presentation skills and the ability to follow a sales process. * Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers is a must. * Working knowledge of computer applications (proposals and dispatching is digital).
