About the Role: As a Retail Sales - Car Key Programming Specialist, you will receive paid training to learn how to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and fobs, while also gaining customer service and sales experience. This position offers a great entry point into a thriving industry with room for advancement. Location: San Diego, CA (We also routinely service La Mesa, Santee, Poway, San Diego, Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Vista, Carlsbad and the surrounding areas ) What You 'll Receive: * Paid Training: Full instruction in key cutting, fob programming, and sales--no prior experience required. * Skill Development: Learn sales techniques, customer service, and technical skills. * Growth Opportunities: As our company expands, so do your chances for career advancement. * Supportive Team Environment: Join a collaborative team dedicated to your success. Key Responsibilities: * Learn to create and program car keys and fobs accurately. * Assist customers with diagnosing and resolving key issues efficiently. * Interact with customers, manage transactions, and close sales confidently. * Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and key production using digital systems. * Perform VIN retrieval, key testing, and deliver excellent customer service.
