Requirements

Active Iowa Property & Casualty License (Preferred) Sales or customer service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive and goal-oriented mindset. Familiarity with insurance products is a plus. Ability to work effectively in an office setting.

Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs. Educate clients on Allstate products and recommend suitable coverage options. Process new insurance applications and manage policy endorsements. Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
