Full description of the position

Description You're an excellent candidate for Bizzdesign because you * Live in Austin (Texas) and can commute to the job's location (at least 3 days per week in the office) * Speak fluent English * Have 1+ year of experience in a similar role. About the role This role is designed to support ambitious growth targets by engaging and setting meetings with IT executives in Enterprise accounts. You will act as a Business Development Representative working closely with our Sales & Marketing teams, driving high-quality meeting generation and pipeline growth. This role focuses on outbound engagement and appointment setting with senior IT decision-makers, ensuring strong alignment between Sales and Marketing efforts. What you will do * You will prospect and produce qualified leads. * You will send personal, strategic, and value-added outreach. * You will develop opportunities within named accounts through well-researched, high-touch, multi-channel cadences. * You will achieve and exceed the quarterly sales targets. * You will record all communication in SFDC [please apply online] What we are looking for * Bachelor's degree. * 1+ year of proven success in a SaaS SDR/BDR role. * Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written). * Austin-based and able to commute downtown (Hybrid). * Confidence engaging C-level executives at Fortune 500 / Enterprise accounts. * Experience using SaaS sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Outreach. * Self-driven "hunter" mindset with high energy, strong organization skills, and relationship-building ability.
